Ergonomic Evaluations For All Work Environments

Office Evaluations
Proactive and New Hire Orientation (PRO)
A 30-minute ergonomic evaluation that assesses workstations to determine fit and comfort. It is primarily for workers who are not experiencing discomfort.
Preventative Workplace Safety (PREE)
A 45-60 minute ergonomic assessment that uses root cause analysis to identify and address ergonomic risk factors that may contribute to musculoskeletal discomfort.
Departmental Sweep
An Ergonomist will meet with multiple employees, individually for brief (15-20 min) ergonomic assessments and provide workstation adjustments and best practice recommendations that will help the employee work more comfortably.
Virtual Ergonomic Evaluations
A 60-90 minutes consultation delivered through video conferencing. This method is a cost-effective alternative to on-site assessments and can also be used for the home office. What makes a virtual evaluation uniquely beneficial is the value of learning and implementing your own adjustments. This results in a better understanding of how ergonomics can positively impact your work comfort and performance.
Physical Demands Analysis
An Ergonomist will evaluate a job’s unique tasks, tools, processes and environments to identify ergonomic risk factors that may result in musculoskeletal discomfort and poor work performance.

This is when our Ergonomist’s knowledge and experience will shine. Identifying the root cause of the discomfort you may be experiencing will ensure our interventions will lead to your success. - Custom Solutions
If your Ergonomist identifies a product that will benefit you, they will recommend specific furniture and/or equipment tailored to your needs. Our entire team has researched to find our clients the most cost-effective solutions. We also connect our clients to vendors and resources that will simplify the procurement process.
